Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring my own food?
Two packages include adult food (Golden Glow: pizza; Shining Sun: pizza + wraps/salads). For food brought in from outside vendors, a $50 vendor fee applies to any package. This encourages use of our café partners and covers additional cleanup.
Can I bring my own décor?
Yes — you're welcome to drop off your own plates, décor, and party items at Sunrise Play Café during the week before your party so our team can set up for you.
Please note:
- No helium balloons (due to high ceilings).
- No outside balloon décor — balloon services are offered by us.
- No balloons with confetti inside.
How many adults can we have?
We don't charge for adults or include a set adult count in packages. We ask guests to respect our total capacity of 65 people (children + adults combined). The closer you get to this number, the more crowded the space will feel — plan accordingly.
Are there ice cream cakes allowed?
Ice cream cakes are not permitted at this time. Please plan dessert options accordingly.
