Hours:
Monday – Sunday | 9:00am – 3:00pm
Sessions start every two hours.
Note: Birthday parties are prioritized on weekends. Please use our reservation system to check availability or call to confirm.
Drop-In Pricing:
Sessions are up to 2 hours.
Each additional child beyond the first is $10.

Play Sessions & Reservations
Members and Play Date reservations have dedicated capacity. Six drop-in spots are held for each session.
No refunds on open play sessions.
We Recommend A Reservation
All reservations are for 2 hour play sessions. Please arrive early to ensure you're able to find parking and check in for your reservation.
We offer a 30 minute grace period. Please call us if you are experiencing a major delay.
There are no refunds for reservations. If you are unable to make you reservation without giving us notice, you forfeit your booking.
We Welcome Walk-Ins
Walk-ins are always welcome. However, we cannot accommodate additional guests when at full capacity. Please call ahead to confirm.
When booking online, if there are no reservations available for your desired time, we are fully booked — please select another time instead.

Rules for Safety and Courtesy
We want every visit to Sunrise to be safe, clean, and full of fun. Please review our rules before you play.
Age Restrictions
Sunrise Play Café is designed for children ages 0–6. Older siblings are welcome to accompany their family but must remain outside the play structure.
Sick Kiddos Stay Home
To keep our space safe and clean, we kindly ask that you keep sick kids at home. If your little one isn't feeling well, please call or email us to reschedule your reservation.
Socks Required for Everyone
No shoes are allowed in the Play Plaza. All children and adults must wear socks, and grip socks are required for children. Forgot yours? Socks are available for purchase at the front desk ($4/pair).
Pull-Ups for Potty Trainers
If your child isn't fully potty trained, please have them wear a Pull-Up before entering the Play Plaza.
Slides Are for Bodies Only
No toys on slides and no climbing up. Children only, feet first, always.
Toys Stay on the Ground
No toys in the climbing structure or on the slides. Please keep all toys in the open play area.
No Food or Drinks in the Play Plaza
Please enjoy all snacks and beverages in the café area. Keep drinks off ledges and away from play structures.
Supervise Your Little Ones at All Times
Parents and caregivers are solely responsible for actively supervising their children in the Play Plaza at all times. Sunrise Play Café does not provide childcare or individual supervision.
Respect Our Space & Guides
Our Play Guides are here to keep everyone safe and happy. Please treat all guests, children, and Sunrise Play Café staff with courtesy and kindness, always.
No Fighting or Physical Aggression
Physical altercations, threatening behavior, or aggression of any kind, including between children or between adults, will not be tolerated. Guests will receive a single warning. A second incident or any escalation is grounds for immediate removal from the premises without refund. In cases of physical contact between adults, or any behavior that poses an immediate safety risk, staff may proceed directly to removal without a prior warning.
Alcohol Limit
Adults may enjoy a maximum of two alcoholic beverages during regular open play hours.
No Outside Food or Beverages
As a full-service restaurant, we can't allow outside food or beverages, including snacks, for safety and regulatory reasons. Enjoy our full brunch menu or grab-and-go options instead!
Failure to follow these rules may result in a request to exit the Play Plaza and/or café without refund. Thank you for helping us keep Sunrise a happy place to play!
